The Board Members of IAMSS and NeAMSS are excited to present this year's annual education conference featuring relevant topics, exciting new speakers, returning favorite speakers, and a virtual attendance option for the entire conference! 

Lodging: Rooms are available at the West Des Moines Marriott, where the conference is being held, for $153.00/night. The last day to book the hotel at the group rate is Wednesday, March 25, 2026. 

Dress code: We encourage a casual to business casual dress code for this event. As with all conference centers, the temperature can be difficult to regulate so dressing in layers is always a good idea. Friday will be a "Wear your Work" day. Feel free to take your dress down to the casual level and wear a shirt, sweater, pullover, etc. that is branded with your employer/company. 

Conference materials: The conference materials will be sent out to registrants ahead of the conference. No printed materials will be available at the conference but attendees are welcome to print and bring along if preferred. 

Photographs and Social Media: The conference will be photographed and shared on social media or other promotional platforms. Your attendance will indicate your consent for the use of such images, video, and written content about the event for educational and/or promotional purposes.

Cancelations and Refunds: A full refund will be given for cancelations prior to March 28, 2026.
